HQC is a Bali real estate developer, not an agency. Every residence in this catalogue is designed, engineered and built by our own teams, from the land audit to the finished interior and the furniture made in our own factory. Buyers looking at villas for sale in Bali can choose between branded hotel residences managed by Accor, Wyndham and Radisson, gated villa communities and completed barnhouse villas in Nusa Dua, the Bukit and Ubud.
Most foreign buyers who buy property in Bali hold it on a long leasehold with a contracted extension, set out project by project. Every contract carries a 10-year structural guarantee. Before choosing a residence, read why investors look at Bali, how the purchase works for a foreigner, and how leasehold compares with freehold.
Buying property in Bali: short answers
Can foreigners buy property in Bali?
Yes. Most HQC residences are held on a long leasehold with a contracted extension, for example 32 + 30 years at Satori; Dzen Green Fields in Ubud is freehold. The tenure of each project is stated on its page.
Who manages the branded residences?
Global hotel operators: Satori is managed by Accor, the Ardhana hotel by Wyndham, and Bloom is part of BY Radisson Individuals. HQC builds the property; the operator runs the hotel.
Which HQC projects are already built?
Black Rock on the Bukit and Dzen Green Fields in Ubud: construction completed, and both are in use today. You can visit them before you decide.
What guarantee comes with an HQC residence?
A 10-year structural guarantee on every contract, plus a 12-month guarantee on finishing.
