From the August 2026 report: the first-floor slab of the apartment block is concreted and column reinforcement is under way; four villa pools are complete and roofing is progressing across the villa quarter; the groundwater tank and the electrical switchboard room are finished, with waterproofing of the underground structures in progress. Villa permit (PBG) in hand; managed on delivery by Accor.

From the August 2026 report: finishing has begun on the ground floor of the boutique hotel — wall masonry in the restaurant area is nearing completion, ceilings and plasterboard are going in and bathroom tiling has started; formwork is installed on the roof ahead of concreting, and the ground-floor slab of the main body is being poured. The Luxury and Fengshui villa quarters were completed in June 2025 and are occupied.

Every HQC building is engineered against international construction standards, audited by our in-house MEP lab and inspected on site two to three times a day, with photo and video documentation of every key stage before a key changes hands — the same discipline whether it carries an Accor, Wyndham or Radisson flag.
Seismic core, hydro-insulation and structural frame signed off before the build goes vertical — the load-bearing work the structural warranty stands behind.
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in plus finishes inspected against spec, much of it produced in our own furniture factory for a controlled chain.
